Refund Policy

When the student fails to obtain visa, OCC (Oxford College of Canada) will refund the tuition fees and miscellaneous fees other than the registration fee (US$200). To be legitimate for the refund, the student must provide the documents listed below. No refund will be granted without the required documents.

  • The original copy of the studentˇ¦s application for a refund (if the student commits his/her deputy to apply for the refund, the original document of the commission must be provided too);
  • The original copy of the refusal letter by the Canadian Council;
  • The original copy of OCC's Offer Letter;
  • The original copy of OCC's tuition fee receipts.

All students can only enter Canada with valid Canadian Study Permit.

Two-thirds (2/3) of the tuition fees will be refunded, if the student has not applied for a Study Permit and has withdrawn the application prior to the commercement of school. To obtain a refund, the student must provide:

1. The original copy of the student’s application for a refund (if the student commits his/her deputy to apply for the refund, the original document of the commission must be provided too);

2. The original copy of Oxford College of Canada’s Offer Letter;

3. The original copy of Oxford College of Canada’s tuition fee receipts.

There will be no refund of the tuition fees after a Study Permit has been granted using the Oxford College of Canada official letter of acceptance, if the student choose to withdraw for any reason.

There will be no refund of any portion of the tuition fees that has been paid to the Oxford College of Canada once the student has started attending classes.

There will be no refund of the tuition fees if the student is found in violation of school regulations and asked to withdraw from the school.

There will be no refund of the tuition fees if the student charges immigration status during the year.

If the student already has a valid Canadian Study Permit, he or she can ask OCC to assist him or her to transfer his or her study subject, and delay his or her study at OCC. The student must do so within two weeks after he/she registers with OCC. The tuition fees can only be delayed for two terms for the student who is granted the permission to delay study.
