Application Procedure

The following conditions must be met:

1. Fill in the Application Form in both English and students’ native language.

2. Student’s signature (if the student is under 18 years old, the parents or guardian must co-sign the application)

3. Education Level: the applicants must reach high school / school of specialty / college degree (that is, must have finished the secondary school)

4. Proof of your education level and transcripts for the most recent three years

5. English Proficiency: Oxford College of Canada offers ESL (English as a Second Language) courses, so there is no specific requirement of English

6. Financial Condition: the family must be in good financial condition to support the applicant to finish the university

7. Payment of the Tuition Fee: registration fees, tuition fees and miscellaneous fees can be paid with cash, cashier’s cheque, or direct remit to the US dollar account of Oxford College of Canada. 8. 4 passport photos

Please mail or fax the above materials to Oxford College of Canada. After the materials are verified by the headmaster, Oxford College will notify the student to pay the tuition fees, to the Canadian dollar account of Oxford College of Canada (please fax the remittance receipt to Oxford College for record keeping purpose). Then the Pre-Admission Notification will be issued for the student to pay the tuition and miscellaneous fees.

After the full amount of the tuition and registration fees are received, the formal Offer Letter and receipts will be issued. Oxford College of Canada will then assist the student to apply for a visa.
